1.1 The website trymeiz.com is operated by Meiz Hospitality & Services LLC, based in the State of Qatar. References to "we", "us", or "seller" throughout these terms refer to the same.

2. Agreement and Applicability

2.1 These terms exclusively govern all offers, sales, and services provided via our website and form the basis of the contract between you and us.

3. User Eligibility

3.1 By placing an order through our website, you confirm that: • You are legally capable of entering binding contracts • You are at least 18 years old, or using the website under the supervision and with the permission of a parent or guardian • You are accessing our services from within Qatar

4. Order Processing and Contracts

4.1 Meiz.qa acts as an intermediary platform, allowing users to place orders from listed restaurants. We do not own or operate these restaurants. 4.2 Once you submit an order, you'll receive an email confirming receipt. However, this does not mean your order is accepted. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the restaurant, and confirmation will be sent once accepted. 4.3 Your contract applies only to confirmed items. We are not responsible for items outside the confirmed order. 4.4 These terms override any other terms you may attempt to impose. Confirmation of your order implies full acceptance of our terms.

5. Payments

5.1 Payment terms are subject to each restaurant’s policies and must be completed before your order is processed or delivered.

6. Delivery & Order Fulfillment

6.1 Ownership and responsibility for the order pass to you upon payment. 6.2 It's your responsibility to review and correct order details before clicking "Checkout". Errors post-checkout cannot be changed. 6.3 If the delivery address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, the order will not be redelivered or refunded. 6.4 An authorized person must be available at the given address to accept the delivery. 6.5 Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays or damages during delivery. 6.6 Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of the order. If there’s an issue, report it immediately upon delivery. 6.7 We are not liable for incorrect deliveries caused by inaccurate instructions. 6.8 Additional delivery or gratuity charges may apply depending on the restaurant and must be paid in full.

7. Promotions & Discounts

7.1 Any offers or discounts are solely provided by restaurants. Meiz.qa is not liable for promotions withdrawn or changed by them. 7.2 Restaurant listings, prices, promotions, and delivery charges are solely their responsibility. Discrepancies should be reported to us for review.

8. Non-Payment

8.1 We reserve the right to recover overdue payments via legal or third-party action and pass on any associated costs.

9. Ownership & Title

9.1 Ownership of goods remains with the restaurant until payment is complete. 9.2 We may cancel or hold services until full payment is received.

10. Product Responsibility

10.1 Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for inaccuracies or changes. 10.2 We do not prepare or handle any food. Restaurants are solely responsible for food compliance with safety and legal standards. 10.3 We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of the food or its presentation. 10.4 Claims like “organic” or “gluten-free” are made by the restaurant and not independently verified by us.

11. Pricing Changes

11.1 Prices may change due to supplier adjustments or government regulation. You’ll be notified of changes if they occur post-order.

12. Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

12.1 Cancellations must be made in writing to Support@meiz.qa. Custom-made items (like cakes or dietary meals) cannot be cancelled or refunded. 12.2 Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation or delivery has begun.

13. Refunds

13.1 If cancellation is accepted, refunds will be made using the same payment method. Refunds are at our sole discretion. 13.2 No compensation is payable for cancelled orders beyond the refunded amount.

14. Cancellation Exceptions

14.1 Orders for custom or perishable items are not eligible for cancellation.

15. Availability & Pricing

15.1 All prices are subject to availability and may be updated without prior notice.

16. Complaints

16.1 Product complaints should be directed to the restaurant. If unresolved, you may contact us at Support@meiz.qa, and we may mediate. 16.2 Complaints must be made within 5 days of the order.

17. Liability

17.1 Except in cases of proven negligence, we are not liable for death, injury, or property damage. Restaurants hold such responsibility. 17.2 We are not responsible for delivery issues or order errors. Contact the restaurant for resolution.

18. Updates to Terms

18.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on the website.

19. Intellectual Property

19.1 All content, artwork, and digital assets on our website and apps are owned by Meiz.qa and protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

20. Force Majeure

20.1 We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, etc.).

21. General Terms

21.1 Only these terms govern our agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing. 21.2 The most recent version of these terms will always be available on our website.

22. Payments

22.1 By ordering, you authorize us or our payment gateway (Apple pay, Visa, Mastercard, Qpay) to charge your card for goods, delivery, and fees. We do not store or share your financial details. 22.2 Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all orders placed through your account.

23. Legal Jurisdiction

23.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. All disputes will be resolved in Qatari courts.
